Alksnis is a 64 m2 living area house made from three modules. The house is made of high quality materials, fully insulated, so it is suitable for living in both summer and winter. We deliver the house fully assembled.

Basic package: the house structure is made of calibrated, certified C24 timber. The floors, walls, and ceilings are insulated with 200 mm mineral wool. A tight vapor barrier and diffusion membranes are installed, with airtightness tests performed. The house features double-glazed, five-chamber system windows, with color options available. The roof is covered with profiled sheet metal. Complete electrical installation, as well as water supply and sewage systems, are included. The exterior finish consists of industrially pre-painted wooden cladding and Classic sheet metal.
